I've held roles as CEO, COO, Director, and Marketing Manager across six industries. What stays constant isn't the title — it's being on the hook for a P&L, a new market, or a team that has to deliver.

Finnish, born in Kuusamo. Lived in Finland, California, Atlanta, and Italy. Today based in Helsinki, raising a family that speaks three languages at the dinner table.

Outside work: I grow most of my family's vegetables from a no-dig garden, bake sourdough, ski, dance salsa, and build AI tools for the operator problems I used to solve with spreadsheets and late nights.
